What’s Next for Century Associates in 2025?

It’s 2025 and we are excited! The new year brings new opportunities, some of which are already in the pipeline and some, we assume, aren’t yet on our radar. Read on for what we are focusing on this year.

Nurturing existing relationships

At the heart of Century Associates is the deep belief that our clients and connections appreciate honesty, integrity and continuity, with a personal approach and full commitment to their projects, all of which are reflected in our core values as a company and we will be putting at the forefront of our work in 2025. It’s not lost on us that the support we have been shown by our clients and connections is the reason we are here, and we want to continue to show our appreciation this year through continuing to nurture those relationships at the same time as welcoming new ones.

Continued learning and development for the benefit of our clients

We will be keeping on top of industry news that affects our practise and the practise of other consultants in our profession so that we can keep our clients up to date and ensure to provide advice of the highest quality. Above all else, we are dedicated to upholding the professional standards set by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), which include the 2024 Rights of Light Professional Standard for England and Wales. The Standard marked a significant milestone in our regulation as chartered Daylight, Sunlight and Rights of Light surveyors and is arguably the most significant industry update to come out of last year.

Growth

Spring of 2025 will mark two years since Century Associates was founded. It has been two years of fantastic highs but also many challenges, most of which we anticipated. Now, with a steady ship, plenty of new business-related experience in the bank and continued drive, we are planning to grow Century Associates in 2025. Watch this space!
