Century Associates was established in April 2023 by Emily Forth. Emily first entered the Daylight, Sunlight and Rights of Light industry in 2012 and gained years of experience providing advice to developer and adjoining owner clients on the subject. With a particular love for the subject of Rights of Light, Emily still thrives on the client-facing, personable aspect of implementing Rights of Light strategies and also advising owners of properties neighbouring a development site whose Rights of Light may be infringed.

During her career, Emily spent a couple of years working for a high-profile London developer, further expanding her knowledge of the wider development process, from land acquisition through to completion of sometimes multi-phased developments. Having been approached for the role specifically due to her strong client relationship skills, Emily remains appreciative of the experience that the opportunity gave her and the more rounded attitude she now brings to her work in Daylight, Sunlight and Rights of Light.

Today, Emily runs Century Associates alongside her partners who undertake the necessary computer design work, and is thrilled that so many clients have found her personable approach to suit them and their needs.

Emily is also passionate about the importance of celebrating brilliant women in the industry and is proud to have taken the leap to set up her own, female-led consultancy.
