I worked with Emily to resolve a large number of rights of light issues for a high-profile redevelopment project in central London where I acted as developer. This involved assessment of injuries to residential and commercial properties and negotiating settlements alongside other strategies to remove risk to the project. The affected parties consisted of residential landlords spread across the globe, commercial tenants and large institutional investors. The project was brought in on time and below budget despite these challenges.
